Welcome to T.A.P Academy! Our diverse range of programs is designed to cater to various age groups and fitness levels. Below is our detailed weekly schedule to help you find the perfect program for you or your loved ones.

Hijabi Warriors (Girls & Females)

Empowering girls and women through fitness and self-defense.

Days: Monday - Friday

Morning Timings: 10:30 am - 1:30 pm

Evening Timings: 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Female Fitness Bootcamp

A high-energy bootcamp to boost your fitness levels.

Days: Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday

Timings: 8:30 am - 9:30 am

Sunnah Strong Men (Elder Boys & Males)

Strength and fitness training for elder boys and men.

Morning Timings: 7:00 am - 10:00 am

Monday - Thursday: 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Friday: 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

IronClad (Teenage Boys Program)

Tailored fitness program for teenage boys.

Days: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday

Timings: 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Powerkids (4-12 years)

Fun and engaging fitness activities for kids.

Days: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday

Timings: 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm

Elderly Yoga (Females) - On Pause

Gentle yoga sessions to enhance flexibility and calm the mind.

Days: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday

Timings: 10:30 am - 11:30 am

Toddlers Summer Program (2-5 years)

Interactive and playful activities for toddlers to enjoy.

Days: Tuesday - Friday

Timings: 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
