High-Intensity Functional Training (HIFT) is a full-body workout program created to help you unlock your true potential  physically and mentally. This training combines strength exercises, endurance workouts, and agility drills that prepare your body to handle real-life movements with power and confidence. Every class is carefully designed to improve your stamina, muscle strength, flexibility, and balance while burning fat and boosting your energy levels.

Registration Fee: 5,000 Rs. (Waived off for the first 5 registrations!)
